Danette Moss

Danette Moss is the owner of LAD Concierge Group, Live Life Outsource The Rest, LCG
Travel, and Your Concierge Coach, a National Concierge and Travel Management company
located in Metro Atlanta.

In 2001 while working at night in the IT Field, Danette begin to get tired of the stress load and
began her search to find something unique and different to do. The one thing she noticed was
family members and friends would always ask her to research things on the internet, make
reservations, and ask her to run errands for them in the daytime while they worked as she should
have been sleeping, she said “Hey maybe I should make a business out of this and charge
people”. She started her research and finally after being displaced from the field decided she had
nothing to lose so she dove in full fledge. She says she wouldn’t trade this for the world. Having
the chance to be at home and run a home based business allows her the flexibility to spend time
with her 5 children and new granddaughter.

Danette, whose reputation is highly regarded in her area, was personally asked by a company,
which manages upscale apartment communities for high income tenants, to come in and revamp
their entire concierge system. In addition, she has offered her services to major companies
located within the tenant area of Atlanta Marriott Marquis. She operated as a call center for
Sophia’s Shopping Service for several years and took over their entire list of residential and
corporate clients in 2008.

She was a guest speaker two years in a row at the Annual ICEA Conference and plans to use her
expertise to empower hundreds of concierge and errand owners to reach new levels of
professional excellence. Danette contributes her success to her integrity, tenacity, and her
commitment to exceptional customer service. She has devoted herself to educating others about
this field equipping them with the necessary skills and steps to succeed as a Personal Concierge
and Errand service provider.
